Reviews From our Customers
Customer says:
Boss has something wrong w/his liver and needed something w/o fat. He lost 5 lbs. on the vet food cause he stopped eating. The vet suggested something to put on the food. This vegetable mix did not have the gum my vet said to avoid and he LIKES it. I haven’t seen him get this excited about eating in a long time. TY for saving my dog’s life.
Customer says:
My dog and 2 cats did not like too fussy. Product looked promising too bad.

Good stuff
Customer says:
I searched for a vegetarian dog product as I have a golden doodle that often has allergies with any meat products. Upon serving, my dog immediately ate this food without hesitation and seems to enjoy it. One thing I did notice is that my dog has increased bowel movements as a result of this food. We only feed him maybe 2 tablespoons twice a day adding to his dry food so there must be a lot of fiber in this causing the bowel movements. I highly recommend the product as not because my dog likes it but it does not have the typical stinky odor meat brands have.
Customer says:
Although this products price is a little high. My older dachshund can no longer process protein. Essentially she has become a vegetarian. This vegetarian canned food is by far the most moist quality we have tried. She loves this food. Although we have purchased other Brands to give her a variety, she by far prefers this.
Customer says:
Good quality for a vegetarian dog food. The brand has a relatively good track record when it comes to recalls. I would recommend mixing the vegetarian food with one of their meat-based canned foods. I pair it with their chicken drummets or thighs. For my dog, I do half and half because he's elderly and the fat content in the meat-based canned food is very high, so I scrape some of that off just to avoid my little old man from getting chubby. I would recommend 3/4 meat (remove some of the visible fat) and 1/4 vegetarian for most dogs, especially larger breeds, but half and half for older and/or smaller dogs. I would not recommend this food as the sole food source for dogs. Dogs are carnivores and their digestive systems are made primarily for meat. Organ meat like hearts a livers is best, but Evanger's chicken thighs or drummets will do fine, especially since they contain soft cooked bones. Dogs are carnivorous, but also scavengers, so a bit of variety like fruits an veggies is good for them, but normally should not make up more than 25% of their diet. Dogs evolved to eat meat and need it to be healthy, so please do not project any moral beliefs about meat on to dogs. It just simply is not how they are and they require certain proteins that can only be obtained by eating meat.
