Questions
Which game meat is the healthiest?

Expert answer. Wild game such as deer, elk and antelope tend to be very lean due to their active lifestyle and natural diet. Their meat, therefore, is lower in total and saturated fat than red meat. In addition, fat from wild game contains a higher proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids.Oct 29, 2010

What happens if cats eat Dog Food?

You may have wondered if there is any harm in cats eating dog food. Perhaps you accidentally fed your cat some dog food or your cat snuck a bit of food out of the dog's bowl. Fortunately, small amounts of dog food will usually not harm a cat.Mar 2, 2021

What is the best image size for social media?

Just remember to make sure you're creating large images because they add more value, not just because you can. It's recommended to use an image aspect ratio of 2:3 to 1:3.5. Expanded pins have a minimum width 600 pixels, so to maintain aspect ratio, 900 px is the recommended height.

My dog goes BONKERS for the Evanger’s canned rabbit food. He likes hunting them so it’s no surprise he likes the canned version of Evanger’s rabbit formula for dogs. I love the texture, it’s not a very dry formula like other brands I’ve tried, it’s scoopable and a nice texture. I have previously tried the Lotus canned Rabbit and my dog absolutely hated it and wouldn’t even touch it so that was a waste. I went with rabbit this because I wanted a limited ingredient diet for my dog’s allergies and to change things up. I found this to be the best price for the food and I will definitely be ordering this food regularly. Thank you Evanger’s.
Customer says:
Not sure about all versions of this product but the wet rabbit food for dogs and cats is horrible. It actually has little hard bones all thoroughout the can. I did not realize this initially because they do not list bones in the ingredients. My dog started throwing up horribly at different times and I thought it may have been her natural herbs the vet recommended. So I stopped giving them to her. But the throwing up continued and it increased to happening daily and multiple times a day. The vet was trying to figure out if it was health related since Evangers is supposed to be a good holistic food we did not think it was the problem initially. But my dogs stool always came out hard on this food and it never has been like that. So we discovered the problem was the food. She was also gagging like there was something in her throat and it had to be one of those hard bones. The bones are really hard. I picked some out to squeeze them and couldn't crush them. They claim their cooking process softens the bones but from the numerous bones I checked in multiple cans, I did not find any soft bones. This food literally made my dog sick to her stomach. Most dogs cannot even eat bones my Vet informed me, so I do not understand why Evangers would not include that there are bones listed in the ingredients. I am very disappointed with this product and the misinformation. No information on the Amazon site in the product desription lists that bones are in this food. I had to do a Google search to find out. My dog suffered because of this food and I suffered also from the trauma of seeing and knowing my fur baby was going through this. I have since switched to Wysong and thankfully there are no bones in the food. My dog is finally not having the horrific throwing up. This was the worst food experience we've ever had.

My cat loves cat food with seafood flavors, so I thought this would be perfect, since it was one of the few brands of cat food that was "approved for Passover" use (as it was grain free), which I needed to get for the Passover holiday. He barely ate it, but he had no choice, so he survived, heh. The other problem was that it was so smelly, that the bathroom where I feed him his canned food, stunk terribly.
Customer says:
This dogfood is cooked in the can. The fat content congeals inside the can makes the food greasy. I've been feeding it anyway because my dog has food allergies and usually loves it. To minimize the grease, I refrigerate the can and after opening, I literally scrape off the congealed fat. The quantity of fat varies from case to case. Sometimes the quantity of grease is huge. This last case was different as the fat content couldn't be adjusted. I think it makes my dog sick. I give up.
Customer says:
I have an elderly Yorkshire Terrier with 38 different allergies. There was nothing other than rabbit and duck that he can eat. Because it’s pure rabbit..no additives and it’s cooked in the can, it’s safe and healthy! We have been feeding this for 8 months and have never had a bad can! I refrigerate it with cover between meals and have never had spoilage! I am so thankful to have found this and no longer deal with food allergies!
Customer says:
Just received Rabbit tonight and it came highly recommended by my cat whisperer. My buddy wolfed it down, kept it down, hopped on the bed and assumed the blissful contentment position and is off someplace patrolling the Universe and its sound track (rumble rumble purr). At last, Life is good again. Cans are big, food smells good, feels good and has the Official Seal of Kitty Monster Approval. Thank you so much!
