Customer says:
My cat of course loves this more than kibble, but we definitely appreciate that her stomach can handle this a lot better than other wet food.
Customer says:
... they were used to reg can so it was a bit of hard sell.. chicken is very pasty.. this not as bad.. i micro 5 seconds and add hot water.. her n sis eat a third of can each meal.. i save rest in those little condiment cups w lids.. exactly holds 2/3 can.. She had been throwing up.. switched foods.. better.. gave 1/8-1/4 pepcid ( reg only not chewable or complete.. 10 mg famatodine frim wmrt) a day better ..but randomly and badly threw up water.. digested food.. couldnt figure it out.. turns out its cat ibd ( worth a google.i think years ago we lost a cat to it) Its immune cell clusters in gi that flare.. can b from food change stress and unknown.. We tried prednisolone and it did the trick in fact shes been down to 1 pill a week and shes good.. i give breakfast 7..1/8 pepcid 9 ( helps the steroid not upset belly... steroid 11.. We didnt do biopsy to confirm. . We went the route of " if steroid works then its likely the prob" pills are only $1 a piece .. i tunnel out a hole in a jumbo stuff temptation ...tuck the pill and then cover the hole with pill masker that jackson galaxy endorses.. here on amazon.. Amazing stuff... The pepcid i just wrap in masker and roll in crushed temptations.. She eats both as a treat no prob.. Now i have been able to add 1/4 tsp fancy feast into this food and they think its the best thing ever!! Good luck!.. I also use the rx science id food.. it really does make a diff.. worth the money and my kidney failure cat loves it vs kd and hes doin well on it.. i mix it in with their reg kibble so it lasts longer Good luck
Customer says:
My vet recommends this for my 10 lb tabby baby. Honestly it smells so good, I would probably not be opposed to trying it on a cracker. I'm not going to. But my cat freaking loves it. It's the only food he scarfs down while meowing.
Customer says:
Our skin sensitive cat does enjoy this product and has seen substantial improvement from an itchy irritation. However, when you order 12 cans and 4 arrive unsealed / burst, it tends to damage your view of the company that sent it to you. This damage was not done by the shipping company -- the outside packaging was pristine; it was apparently shipped damaged.
Customer says:
Hill's Science Diet has long been my go-to brand in pet food, especially for kibble. One of my two senior cats has developed some digestive issues, so I have tried a few different brands of canned food designed to aid digestion. This does work well to maintain digestive health, but the kitties aren't pleased that there are only 2 flavors available. If I switch back and forth with another brand (that also only has two flavors), that seems to make them happy. After all, the food doesn't do any good if they won't eat it. When they get this food every second or third day, they lick the bowls clean. This a trusted brand with plenty of supportive science behind it. I'm happy to feed this to my kitties, but we could use a couple more flavors!
Customer says:
I just want to start out by saying that we have two cats - one healthy, and one with pancreatitis - I will NOT purchase this for our healthy cat because of the ridiculous price. If it were cheaper, I would love to solely feed this food to both cats. Our cat with pancreatitis really needed wet food though. I don't feel like this is worth the price, but it is one of the cheaper higher-end wet foods. I switched our cat over to this as soon as we got his pancreatitis diagnosis a few years ago. He will not touch it if we give it to him straight from the can. It is kind of dry. However, it is a very simple fix: just add a little water. Also, he used to have hairballs often when he was younger, and he doesn't anymore.
