Reviews From our Customers
Customer says:
My maine coon cat is very picky, she really likes this brand, aslso she has skin allergies to certain brands & She has reacted very well to this can food. The packaging of this can food looks like a small portion at first glance, but looks are deceiving because it just about fills up a saucer plate. Highly recommended!! A+A+A+
Customer says:
I have 3 cats, 1 old, 2 young, and none of them care for the flavor of this food. It also has grains in it. If I didn't care about having grain in the cat food, I'd just as well go for a less expensive option.
Customer says:
My cat always leaves some behind.
Customer says:
I ordered these because we were out of wet food and have been trying to find something with smaller pieces that won't upset one of my oldest cats (11 years old) who has a sensitive stomach. Our cat Rex, bless his heart, prefers to inhale his food like it's his last meal ever and skips the chewing part altogether sometimes. Because of this, canned food with large chunks usually end up intact if thrown up. This recipe is rather juicy and has small chunks for those vacuum-eaters. Purina's Beyond Grain Free seemed to help as he hasn't been puking nearly as often as he used to since we swapped brands. The mixed in pieces of carrots, while I'm no expert, I've read can help with digestive health too. While I can't comment on the flavor as I haven't tasted this (not sure why Amazon even asks that for pet food), 3 out of 3 cats in our household liked it. About 1/3 a can per cat at dinner has been working well for us although we also supplement with dry food. However, I would recommend figuring out what works better for your pet as their weight, age, dietary needs may be different. Lastly, I'm probably in the minority caring about this minor thing, but I appreciate that the formula is easily scooped out so you're not wasting any food stuck in the edges of the can. In contrast, with the paté style formulas (pureed food), it was mildly infuriating not being able to scrape out every last bit and often also difficult to rinse out the can for recycling purposes. I don't like having a thin film of food in cans left in the bin because it attracts roaches. tldr: 3 out of 3 cats in my house liked this food and sang the song of their people at dinner time
Customer says:
We've been using this cat food for years. When we switched to it, our senior cat, who had perpetual ear problems, suddenly stopped having them and was much healthier. Our vet said it was probably due to us going grain free with her and that she must have had an allergy that kept giving her problems. Fast forward. Sometime over the last year or so, something about the formula seems to have changed. Some of the flavors have so much gravy that it spills out as you open the can, which never was a thing before. But worst of all, my senior cat is having a return of all her ear issues and nothing is helping her. Going to have to look for a different brand now as a result and hope we can find one that doesn't contain whatever is causing these reactions in her.
Customer says:
I've been looking to change up the food for my two cats, as they seems to be bored of the Halo food they've been getting for years. I guess I can't blame them. But this has carrots. I wasn't sure if they'd go for that. Boy was I wrong. I've had success with this and all the Beyond flavors I've tried with them so far. They now meow with eagerness as I'm prepping their food in the morning. They seem happier, and I feel happier giving them that satisfaction.
