Reviews From our Customers
Customer says:
Very good ingredients & the gravey is best if slightly chilled just before serving. My kitty gave it a 9 out of 10…only possibly eclipsed by their salmon dinner. 😷👍👏❤️
Customer says:
That's about all I can tell you except it stinks but I guess that's good if you're a cat
Customer says:
My cats love this flavor plus it has extra gravey that helps give them a little bit of water all cats desperately need.
Customer says:
Love the amount of gravy added BUT it takes away about 1/3 of the pate from the can.
Customer says:
Mooner would always just lick off the liquid from any canned cat food, but this one has so much juice it's easy to mix it in with the more solid part of the can and she is able to lap it up - I'm very happy with this product.
Customer says:
This is food? Really? Purina, and Friskies, both Nestle companies, have been around for eons. I KNOW that they know what a cat, an obligate carnivore, needs and likes. Yet they continue to pump out what I feel is pretty close to garbage, and now they're even raising the prices! The fact that they can make a relatively good food, like Beyond, tells me they know grains and artificial fillers (well, most) have no place in a cat's diet. They also know what's good and what isn't. Yet the labels on Friskies and Purina products consistently list ingredients that have no place in ANY living thing's diet? I'm talking about things like wheat, flour and plant protein, otherwise known as the nefarious gluten...ahhh! You know, the same foods all carnivores eat. Haven't you been cut off numerous times by lions and tigers grasping at those last lit few cranberries or single head of lettuce sitting there on an otherwise empty supermarket shelf?! As the words suggest, OBLIGATE carnivores are obligated to eat a certain way, like a carnivore. They NEED meat to survive. And, although cats also need water, it's generally obtained freely from a kitchen tap. It doesn't need to be the first or second ingredient in a can of "food." Brewer's rice is another of Purina and Friskies favorite. That's the pleasant term for rice that has fallen to the floor in a processing plant. As for "meat" and "poultry" byproducts, I'm not sure I even want to know what meat or poultry they're referring to. What exactly is meat or poultry? Why can't they be more specific? (NY pigeon and road killed deer, raccoon and 'possum come to mind whenever I read those terms). I wish pet food companies would put the meat or fish in the first three or four ingredients rather than the sixth or seventh. It would also be nice if that meat or fish was in the form we're all familiar with and not some overprocessed substance that doesn't even resemble the original. Plus, now it has about as much nutritional value as cardboard or rubber. And shame on the ones who use plant protein (aka gluten) to boost the protein content on the labels. Tsk, tsk, tsk is all I can say about that. I buy TONS of Purina and Friskies. Why? Because I do cat rescue and TNR. To feed all the cats I deal with a quality food (beside it being hard to find) would require a bank account near or at the level of a Zuckerberg or an Elon Musk. I ain't even close! (Damnit! If I was, I'd hire someone to create and sell, cheaply, a truly good food for pets. Hey, I can dream!) I guess the bottom line, as they say, is you do the best you can for those you care about. If, like me, this is the best you can afford, that's okay. Your cat or dog will love you just the same, maybe more. (I like to think of these foods as McDonald's for pets.) Maybe it's not the best for them, but it makes them happy and they get filled. Ultimately, that's all we can do. Love them, nurture them and feed them to the best of our ability. Nature and whoever or whatever is in charge will take it from there. Have a good day and go spend a few minutes with your furry family members and think about how much they 🐈add to your life🐈
