Reviews From our Customers
Customer says:
Looks and smells good enough to serve the whole family! However, our cat would be upset if forced to share this mediterranean variety. She eats everything, except the peas? I tried to mash them and found them to be very firm? I thought they would be soft like cooked peas. They roll around the clean-as-whistle dish at the end of the meal like little marbles. I end up just tossing them into the compost. Each day I must produce enough widgets to ensure I bring more of this food home, and lately, I have stepped up my widget production in order to match rising food costs. I know I am not alone in this struggle. However, it makes for a happy, well fed cat and this is one of her favorite brands. She looks forward to her meals which she eats with joy and much gusto.

Customer says:
My cat needed a low phosphorus food option because he started with kidney issues this year. He loved Peking Duck and Steak Frittes. Today we tried the lamb/duck can and he ate it all. We re very happy because my cat ir finally eating more and we know this brand has low phosphorus options. Steak Frittes is the lowest phosphorus option of all their cans.
Customer says:
The cat love it, no complaints from him.
Customer says:
When I was close to the end of this box, I discovered a few cans with a foul stench and dead bugs on the side. Just a warning for the pictures attached.. inside, there was just a nasty odor and a gray liquid. The box has some sort of mold/infestation on the side that affected a few of the last remaining cans. I didn’t catch this earlier, but I’m appalled at the quality control here. This is unacceptable, and I’ll have to toss a few of the remaining cans. Otherwise, my cats have enjoyed this food, and the gravy gives them a lot of hydration that pâté doesn’t quite seem to provide. The portions are a bit small, but the value seems pretty good overall. I’m hesitant to order this product again due to the bug infestation and find myself really turned off, with seemingly no way to report this besides a review. I’d be surprised if this was a completely isolated incident, and I want to put a warning out there in case others might be forced to pay food they paid for through no fault of their own.
Customer says:
The shipment arrived quickly and I thought I had got the best ever food. The meat was beautiful with a smooth gravy. But there was little aroma, and I guess little flavor. I have three cats, all of whom left half of the helping on their plate, never to return, although the gravy was gone. I tried combining it with tuna fish, etc. but to no avail. I know some cats that will love this and will get the rest of my shipment happily. I have fussy cats. I had put this on an autoship at reduced rate, but did not think I could go on with it. I would happily pay the difference.
